Week 3 of this 2019 NFL preseason favorite Tennessee Titans in Nashville and comes using a game between the Pittsburgh Steelers to an end on Sunday night.

We’re used to viewing NFL action on Sundays? Well, one Sunday match in Week 3 of the preseason and it will be the last afternoon of Sunday NFL till Week 1 of the regular season. That’s because all teams play Thursday in Week 4. The Pittsburgh Steelers see the Tennessee Titans to close 3.
Both ended with nine wins final regular season and missed the playoffs. The Titans would have maintained a Wild-Card place if they’d won Week 17 at home vs. Indianapolis, however, the Colts were clearly superior and rolled to a 33-17 victory. Starting Titans QB Marcus Mariota overlooked the match and Blaine Gabbert was awful in his location.
Pittsburgh needed a Week 17 win over Cincinnati and also a Baltimore property loss to Cleveland to the Steelers to accept the AFC North. Pittsburgh did its job with a 16-13 victory — with no star receiver Antonio Brown in his final act of defiance. However, the Ravens and a win over the Browns did not cooperate.
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin is 2-0 this year and a strong 30-22 within his preseason livelihood despite not enjoying starting QB Ben Roethlisberger. The Steelers played their first two edging Tampa Bay 30-28 at Week 1 and then beating on Kansas City. Going by Tomlin’s history, Big Ben and a little should play . Mason Rudolph and joshua Dobbs are currently competing with most covering the Steelers thinking Rudolph is top.
Titans coach Mike Vrabel is 1-1 this year — Tennessee has yet to win a house exhibition game in his two seasons. The Titans were first Week 1 winners in Philadelphia 27-10 and subsequently dropped 22-17 in the home to New England but directed all the game. A late TD pass won it . Mariota along with the Titans first-team offense and four series have played so much for Vrabel but could the whole first half of this one.
Leading running back Derrick Henry has to perform in the preseason because of a calf injury but did come back this week to practice. Not clear if this means that he might go in this . No. 1 tight end Delanie Walker broke his ankle in Week 1 final year and hadn’t played until last week at the Patriots. He also caught a TD pass. The Titans’ offense just isn’t the same with Walker, the greatest tight end in franchise history. Meanwhile, the Mariota’s copy Ryan Tannehill has been excellent this preseason with a 130.8 passer rating, completing 19 of 27 for 214 yards. Some believe he may steal the job at any stage this year from Mariota.
These teams played in the 2018 preseason, in addition Pittsburgh however although in Week 3. The Steelers won 16-6. Big Ben, which makes his preseason debut of’18, was 11-for-18 for 114 yards and a touchdown. Mariota was and did not play with a lot. He missed wide-open Corey Davis for that which would have been a touchdown on Tennessee’s opening drive.
We are going to take the Titans here as I’m sure they’d love to finish that house preseason losing streak.
